The following are the Terms and Conditions of orders placed with Mobile Krew Limited. You confirm your agreement to these Terms and Conditions when ordering from our website.
All images on the site are reproduced in order to portray our products as accurately as possible. Please be aware that designs may vary slightly, from those shown, due to normal design and production fluctuations.
Age limit
Any orders placed by those aged under 18 must be with the consent of a parent or carer. Any information given by the child must be with the consent of a parent or carer. The card holder must be available to give information in cases where an under 18 is ordering.
Delayed/Lost Delivery
- If you have not received your order after 15 working days of despatch (not including Sundays), you must immediately advise Mobile Fingers Customer Services of the delay/loss.
- You will then be sent a non-delivery declaration form, which you need to complete and return.
- The declaration form will be sent to the email address supplied with the initial order. Upon receipt, please complete this form in full and return it to the freepost address supplied.
- Upon receipt of the non-declaration form, a refund/replacement of your goods will be actioned.
Manufacturers Warranty
Outside of the 14 day faulty return period, returned items can not be accepted, unless covered by manufacturer’s warranty. Items returned to us will be forwarded to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. For repairs/replacements under manufacturers warranty for any item except Sim free, pay as you go or contract please send the item to our return address with a note explaining the issue, contact details and your order reference. For repairs/replacements under manufacturers warranty for Sim free, pay as you go or contract, see Mobile Phone repair section below. Please note that warranty claims beyond 14 days for SIM-free handsets are resolved in the most prompt manner through your local repair centre. |
